Sabina Shaikh

Senior Instructional Professor, Program on the Global Environment

Sabina Shaikh is a Senior Instructional Professor in the Committee on Environment, Geography and Urbanization (CEGU) and the College at the University of Chicago. She serves as the faculty director of Chicago Studies, and the faculty co-lead of the Environmental Frontiers Initiative at the Mansueto Institute for Urban Innovation. Her research, funded by the National Science Foundation, Neubauer Collegium and CISSR focuses on connections between environmental change, livelihoods, migration and urbanization in the Mekong basin of Cambodia.
